These terms provide the working framework for Lightning72 website packages. Final checkout/service terms should be reviewed before launch.
72-Hour Production Window
The production window begins after payment, completed intake and all required materials are received. The window describes production—not a guarantee of public launch at an exact hour.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, authorized content/files, required access and timely feedback.
Package Scope
Work is limited to the purchased package. Additional pages, features, integrations, migrations or custom development may require an upgrade or separate quote.
Revisions
Starter includes 1 revision round, Growth 2 and Premium 3. Revisions must remain within purchased scope.
Third-Party Services
Domains, DNS, hosting providers, email platforms, plugins, payment processors and other third-party services can affect timing or functionality outside Lightning72’s direct control.
Lightning72 Care
The optional $50/month Care plan includes managed hosting, SSL, firewall and automated backups. It does not include unlimited content edits or marketing labor.
